Our Corporate Plan sets out our priorities for 2006 to 2008 and our vision, mission and values. 

A short term (two year) Corporate Plan has been developed because we are still in the process of developing the business. It provides a clear focus for the Trust in our early years to establish a baseline level of service delivery and outlines our plans for growth.

The document also summarises our plans, strategies and policies including our financial plan, our risk management framework and the operational plans which identify the tasks and targets that will contribute to the achievement of our aims.

Our Review of the year 2007-2008 is designed to be read alongside our 2006 - 2008 Corporate Plan. It outlines our progress against the Corporate Themes and contains an overview of our performance and accounts.
