Our vision, recently reviewed by the Board after our first three years and taking account of the views of employees and customers, is to be:

Delivering Quality and Excellence For All

In a very short period of time we have made fantastic progress towards improving our homes and communities:  

·         Services to our customers have been reviewed and improved;

·         The culture of our people has been radically changed to ensure a clear customer focus;

·         Our investment programme, bringing homes up to the Decent Homes standard, has been delivered 15 months ahead of schedule;

·         We have delivered against the vast majority of the 100 pledges made to our customers prior to transfer.

·        We received a positive inspection report from our regulator in July 2008, which has also helped us to identify key areas of focus for the future, building upon our good progress so far.
