Increasing text size
To increase the text size on our web site:
Internet Explorer 5 & 6: View > Text size
Internet Explorer 7: Page > Zoom and choose a level to zoom to
Firefox: View > Text size
Netscape: Edit > Preferences > Appearance > Fonts
Opera: File > Preferences > Fonts > Minimum font size (pixels)
Alternatively,
Scroll with the wheel of your mouse whilst holding down the Control key which will zoom in on the whole page,
or press and hold CTRL and press + to zoom in, CTRL and press - to zoom out or CTRL + 0 to return to the original settings.
RNIB Typetalk service
We are able to make use of Typetalk services, our staff are Typetalk aware and can use this system if you require it. For more details, click here.
Interpreter service
Limited English speaking or Non-English speaking customers who phone or visit any of our offices to find out about our services will be offered an interpreter service. Our staff will contact an interpreter who will act as a liaison between customers and staff via the telephone.
