Every one of our customers has the opportunity to become involved.

With over 6,100 homes across Widnes and Runcorn, we recognise that our customers want to work with us and contribute in different ways – ways which fit in best with their everyday lives and existing commitments.


How can I get involved?

There are many ways to get involved and make a real difference to the services we provide now and in the future.

These could be on a formal or informal basis, regularly or occasionally, and as individuals or members of larger groups and typically include:

How can we help you get involved?

If you would like to get involved but have concerns about travelling, arranging childcare, or language please contact us we may be able to help. We can cover transport and childcare costs for those involved customers.
