The Better Off In Work event has been organised by Halton Housing Trust, Halton Borough Council and a number of other partners and will see residents offered advice about childcare costs, benefits you can still receive while employed, skills training and help for those with long-term sickness or disability.
Organisations who will be on hand to provide help and advice at the event include Halton People Into Jobs, Connect to Work, Sure Start, the Department for Work and Pensions and Halton Enterprise Partnership.
The Better Off In Work event takes place on Friday, February 4 at 10-2pm in the community room at Kingsway Learning Centre, Widnes.
