The Trust has been invited to deliver a 20 minute address at Capita’s 9th Tenant Engagement Conference looking at solutions for optimising customer involvement and the importance of engaging with customers. The session will cover the following:

- How will customer involvement be incorporated under new proposals for the delivery of social housing
Capita’s 9th Tenant Engagement Conference comes at a time of great change for the social housing sector. It is clear that as policy progresses there will be an emphasis on including the customer in all aspects of delivery. It is imperative that customer -led organizations are participating in the development and implementation of social housing strategy from improving housing stock through to tackling anti-social behavior. The conference is taking place on Tuesday 29th March 2011- Manchester.
