From September 2010 the Trust is going to undertake an external assessment of it’s Anti-social Behaviour service by the Social Landlord Crime & Nuisance Group and Housemark with the aim of achieving accredited status.
The assessment will be similar to the recent Short notice inspection with Staff and customer focus groups, case management reviews and contact with key partners, the process will last for approximately 3 months.
The assessment will look at 9 core criteria including:
- Leadership and strategic commitment
- Effective performance management
- Customer involvement
- Effective action to tackle ASB
- Support for Customers
- Ensure Value for Money
Currently only 8 landlords have achieved accreditation and at the end of the process we will be recognised as organisation that provides an effective service to customers when dealing with ASB . Once accreditation is achieved it will remain in place for 3 years.
