Father Christmas and his reindeer to visit Riverside Ward

Volunteers are preparing Spike Island Visitors Centre for the arrival of Father Christmas and his reindeer on Saturday, December 10.

His arrival will open a festive event in Riverside Ward, which will run from 11am until 3pm and include a round trip by Father Christmas and his reindeer in West Bank.

Children aged 11 and under will be able to visit Santa whilst also enjoying stalls, crafts, music, games and there will be a number of boats on display.

Fun will also be served up by the Catalyst Discovery Centre, which will be providing refreshments and free workshops for the children.

The event is being organised and sponsored by West Bank Community Forum, Halton Housing Trust, Halton Borough Council, St Mary’s Church, Catalyst Museum, West Bank School, Riverside, Vale, Apollo and Sure.
