Trust overhauls and improves its repairs service
ROUTINE repairs to problems such as dripping taps, sticking doors and faulty fixtures and fittings can now be made at more convenient times for customers.
Halton Housing Trust is set to launch an improved service which will extend its working hours for minor repairs at its properties across Widnes and Runcorn, providing customers with more flexible appointment times.
The launch of the flexible repairs service will now see the Trust offer appointments to customers on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as we extend our working day, until 9pm and on Saturday mornings between 9am and noon.
“The Trust’s aim is to provide an appointment system tailored to meet the needs of our customers,” said Noel Sharpe, Director of Customer Services.
“We regularly consult with our customers to help us make sure the services we provide are as efficient and as effective as possible and meet the customers’ needs. Customers have told us that the extension of this service will help make their lives easier in an increasingly busy world.”
From May, customers will be offered the new range of appointment times when they report a repair via the Trust’s repair line on freephone 0800 195 3172 or 0303 333 0101 from a mobile, by sending an email to repairs@haltonhousing.org or logging on to www.haltonhousing.org to log their repair online at anytime.
