Halton Housing Trust has appointed Noel Sharpe in a leading role as it drives forward its ambitious multi-million pound programme to improve homes and the quality of its services.
With 17 years experience in housing, Noel will take up post as Director of Customer Services at the end of November 2007.
Noel has most recently worked for Ashiana Housing Association (part of the Great Places Housing Group) where she was Head of Neighbourhood Services and Regeneration. She brings with her a wealth of housing experience, having previously worked for two other housing associations in a variety of roles working in the fields of housing management, regeneration and supported housing, building upon the experience she gained working for a London Borough at the start of her career as a graduate trainee in 1990.
Noel said: “I’m looking forward to joining the team and the prospect of helping to deliver an improved quality of housing service in Halton. It’s an exciting time and I want to use my skills and experience to move the organisation forward and to shape the Trust’s future delivery of customer services.”
Nick Atkin, Chief Executive of Halton Housing Trust, welcomed the appointment: “We are delighted to have Noel take up this crucial role within our organisation. She has a wealth of expertise and experience and will be instrumental in driving forward the quality and range of the services we provide to our customers.”
