In order to ensure that we are able – as far as practicably possible - to maintain an efficient and effective   service to our customers in the coming months and to ensure the health and safety of all our employees and our customers, we would ask you to consider the following advice:

• If you or a member of your household develops symptoms of swine flu and you require a visit from a member of the Trust e.g. a maintenance repair; unless that repair is essential, we would ask you to defer requesting the repair until you / members of your household are clear of any infection.

• If you or a member of your household develops symptoms of swine flu and you require a visit from a member of the Trust, we would ask you to inform the Trust by calling:

And to isolate yourself and members of your household for at least half an hour prior to the visit and remain in an area of your property away from where any work is scheduled to be carried out.

• If you are scheduled to have improvement work carried out in your home and you develop symptoms of swine flu, please contact the Trust and we shall review the situation and make alternative arrangements, if necessary, for the works to be carried out.
