Complaints Received 
 
 

The Trust monitors the number of complaints it receives with a view to improving our services. During the 2nd half of last year there had been a general downward trend of complaints received. There has been a rise in the last 3 months. The Trust is launching its new ECC policies and procedures as of 1st of March 2008, the new procedures will help us to put learning points in place to stop the same things happening again
