Like any modern organisation or business, the Trust has many sophisticated technology systems in place that help us to deliver and improve the services we offer to our customers. We monitor the downtime of our systems to ensure that technology does not have a detrimental effect on our customers. Performance has been consistently on or above target. We had some issues in January with the relocation of construction services to Foundry Lane and the ICT network connection provided by our supplier, however, alternatives were put in place to avoid disruption for our customers, normal service has been restored during February and March
