The Trust actively strives to complete the promises made at transfer and is completing them over time. This measure looks at how many pledges are not completed in time or are behind target. There is only one pledge slightly behind timescales, this is the publication of a full leaflet set. This will be completed in late April / early May of this year with the delivery of our New Customer Handbook.
