This measure looks at on average how long our homes are empty, its important to the Trust for this to be as short as possible as rent is our main source of income.

If our re-let time increases our income reduces which means that in some instances we have to consider which services to improve where there are financial implications. If you are a customer you can help the Trust by giving 4 weeks notice if you plan to move and helping with access to your home during this period.
