This looks at how many of our day to day routine repairs are completed within our 28 day time limit. Performance has deteriorated over the second half of last year, signs of recovery are becoming evident. The repairs service has undergone significant short term management change to ensure that in the medium to long term our services are fit for purpose and provide value for money.
