It is important to keep your home in a good condition. To help us do our part you must report any repairs needed. You will need to give us as much information as possible about the problem so that our trades people know what they need to fix the fault.

Before contacting the Trust about your repair it is helpful if you can note down any key bits of information, such as which room the fault is in, how you discovered it etc.

When you contact us also tell us about any access issues or medical considerations that we need to take into account. For example: ‘I’m hard of hearing please knock on the door loudly’. This will help us repair your fault first time and when it is convenient for you.

Once the repair is complete you will have an opportunity to feedback to the Trust just how we performed. It is important that we get your feedback because it helps shape improvements for the future.
