Community Fund
The Community Fund budget of £4,000 provides support or sponsorship for local community or sports projects.
We are specifically interested in using the fund to engage groups that the Trust does not currently work with and particularly hard to reach groups such as young people.
Amounts available
- up to £250 for individuals
- up to £350 for community groups
Applications should be submitted using the application form detailing the event or project, the cost and the number of people that will benefit along with the group's constitution(if applicable) and a recent bank statement to Colette Ranson, Customer Services Support Officer at the Head Office address.
Community Sponsorship
The Trust has recently secured a £100,000 donation from Lloyds TSB to set up a Community Sponsorship Fund. For the next four years £25,000 will be available for groups or individuals to help fund community based projects. Priority will be given to projects that have an emphasis on promoting the interests of young people.
If you have a large scale project or are looking for match funding, this Fund would be right up your street as there are no upper limits on the amounts awarded.
