Halton Housing Trust's work is about more than just repairs and rent collection. We have an active part to play in communities too - by creating new opportunities for individuals and groups, and contributing to the fabric of local life. As the largest housing association in the borough we take this role very seriously.

We have a number of grants available that groups or individuals can apply for. These include:

• Community Fund
• Community Sponsorship
• Starter Grant for Tenants' and Residents' Groups
• Annual Grant  for Tenants' and Residents' Groups
• Development Grant for Tenants' and Residents' Groups
