Tenant & Resident Associations

We encourage all our customers to work alongside us in managing and improving the local communities by creating local, independent, Tenants and Residents Associations. We provide valuable advice, support and financial assistance to get you up, running and making a difference in your community.

We ask all Tenants and Residents Associations to sign up to our Partnership Agreement – an agreement which outlines the code of conduct, rights, responsibilities, and good practice for the Association as well as the practical and financial support we will provide.
