If we, or contractors working on our behalf, have damaged your home decorations during the improvement works you may be entitled to claim for a redecoration allowance.
The following schedule of allowances are used:

Once all of the improvement work has been completed a member of our Customer Involvement Team will contact you to arrange a home visit and assess which allowance is payable.
