If you are worried about losing your home, have been served with a notice to leave or have already lost your home Halton Borough Council’s Homelessness section will be able to able to help, provide guidance and support.
You can contact the Council:
Everyone who is homeless or threatened with homelessness will be given advice and assistance to try and find accommodation.
The Council has a legal responsibility to people who are homeless, or threatened with homelessness and must make a decision about your ciricumstances within 28 days in writing to you.
The help you may be entitled to will depend on your individual circumstances.
