We understand the importance of carrying outrepairs to your home and always aim to carry out repairs quickly and on the first visit, where we can.
Our aim is to:
• Provide a prompt, efficient and effective 24-hour emergency responsive repairs service for all customers
• Complete repairs within a single visit, where possible. If we are unable to do this we will let you know when we are coming back.
• Make sure that our homes are kept in good repair and that the repairs service provides value for money to our customers.
• Always comply with our current legal responsibilities and codes of good practice.
• Undertake a structured approach towards improvement works through consultation with our customers.
• Consider your personal circumstances in deciding the priority of your repair.
Once the repair is complete we will ask you to comment on our performance either through a telephone feedback call or through our satisfaction survey run quarterly. It is important we receive your feedback so we can improve our future services.
