We understand the importance of carrying out repairs to your home and always aim to carry out repairs quickly and on the first visit, where we can.

Our aim is to:

Provide a prompt, efficient and effective 24-hour emergency responsive repairs service for all customers

Complete repairs within a single visit, where possible. If we are unable to do this we will let you know when we are coming back.

Make sure that our homes are kept in good repair and that the repairs service provides value for money to our customers.

Always comply with our current legal responsibilities and codes of good practice.

Undertake a structured approach towards improvement works through consultation with our customers.

Consider your personal circumstances in deciding the priority of your repair.

Once the repair is complete we will ask you to comment on our performance either through a telephone feedback call or through our satisfaction survey run quarterly. It is important we receive your feedback so we can improve our future services.
