As a customer you are responsible for certain types of repairs.

Which repairs am I responsible for making?  

It is your responsibility to take care of your home. If anything is damaged and it has been caused because of an accident or neglect by you, a member of your household or a visitor, you must carry out the repairs.

If you are unable to do the work yourself we may carry out the work for you. The cost of this work will be rechargeable to you and should be paid before we carry out the work. In certain circumstances we can spread the charge across a number of months but this does need to be agreed.

We will always advise you of the approximate costs prior to carrying out the repair.
