During 2010/11 we will be investing £11.5 Million on the Trust's Investment programme. 

In excess of £2.35 million pounds will be spent remodelling two schemes at Bankfield Road and Lodge Road, Widnes

Bankfield Road

An investment of £2.2m has meant we will deliver the following:

• Replaced timber envelopes with brick skin cavity walls
• Renewed windows & external doors
• Carried out asbestos surveys & removal
• New Kitchens, Bathrooms, Heating and rewires
• Repositioned stud walls & plastering
• Over boarding to ceilings
• DPC replacement
• Decoration
• Steps & handrail to rear elevation
• Boundary & intermediate fencing and gates
• Making good driveways
• Clearing garden debris and Returfing
• Replacing damaged paving to pathways
• Provision of wheelie bin storage

Lodge Road

An investment of £150k will enable us to address:

• Anti Social Behaviour
• Security
• Parking
• Shop frontages
• Sustainability of the flats above the shops

During 2010/11 we will also be working on a number of properties as part of our Halton Standard Decent Homes Programme.  Details of areas included in this year's programme are detailed below
