With over 6,000 homes, Halton Housing Trust is the largest social landlord in the borough of Halton, providing housing to the towns of Widnes and Runcorn.

We aim to provide modern, high quality homes, improve services and create pleasant and safe estates. By 2010 we will have spent £85 million on repairs, modernisations and improvements to our customers' homes.

We provide a range of homes from the traditional family semis to more specialist bungalows specifically designed for older people.

In this section you can find out how to apply for a home, how to exchamge, how to pay your rent and how to buy your home.
