We have recently reviewed our growth and development strategy and are undertaking a range of key transformational and business priorities that will drive strong plans for Halton Housing, and fulfil our ambition to do even more for the local area and people. We are pleased to be recognised as a National leader in the housing field particularly in our use of digital technology.
We are now aiming to recruit a new Board Member to complement our existing high performing team and sustain our momentum, to support delivery of our transformational plans, in line with our commitment to refresh our Board on a regular basis.
We place great value on the contribution and insight a quality Board brings. The role is complex and diverse, bringing responsibilities for developing and shaping strategy, monitoring and improving performance and service delivery to our customers, identifying and mitigating risks and improving business effectiveness, whilst maintaining strong working relationships among Board colleagues and Executive Team.
We are particularly looking for someone who excels in digital and retail experience and will be able to embed our new way of working in to our business plans. You may be from the private, public or third sector, and can contribute to the ‘Glue’ that binds our Board together. Each Board Member has a particular interest and we are looking for someone who can act as a Champion for our Digital Strategy.
