Halton Housing have announced that they have appointed Nicole Kershaw to the post of Chief Operating Officer. Nicole joined Halton Housing on an interim basis back in June 2018 to assist the organisation with a service review. Since joining the Cheshire based housing association, Nicole has become a key figure in leading the approach to housing and customer services at Halton Housing.
Nicole has worked in the private sector and in social housing at several organisations including The Guinness Partnership. She said the following about her recent appointment: “I am delighted to be joining Halton Housing and am excited about helping to lead the organisation forward in fulfilling its vision of improving people’s lives.”
Ingrid Fife, Group Board Chair at Halton Housing said:
“I am delighted that Nicole will be joining us on a permanent basis. This newly created role will ensure the continued successful delivery of Our Direction and the priorities that underpin this. In addition to overseeing the delivery of our customer facing services, Nicole will also drive the delivery of our transformational Customeyes Project.”

We’re currently closed for the Christmas and New Year period from 12.00pm on Monday 24th December 2018 until Wednesday 2nd January 2019 at 9.00am.
During this period, we’ll only be responding to emergency calls and rent payments made over the phone.
Customers can log a non-emergency enquiry and make rent payments via the Web Portal or Halton Housing App which will be processed within 3-5 working days from Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
