Following their suspension due to the coronavirus lockdown, we are delighted to be restarting our estate walkabouts from Thursday 16th July.
Walkabouts are your chance to talk to us about your neighbourhood. You can meet our staff and tell us about issues like anti-social behaviour and environmental improvements. We’re often joined by our partners including council ward members and Cheshire Police.
We’re looking forward to starting our walkabout programme back up, but the safety of our customers and staff remains our number one priority. We will be adhering fully to health and safety procedures and social distancing guidelines.
Unfortunately, our pre-existing walkabout programme published in Reach magazine in March has needed to be reviewed. To ensure we visit every one of our neighbourhoods and as many customers as possible have the opportunity to join us, weekly walkabouts will be undertaken in a new revised programme until the autumn.
If you feel there is a particular issue in your area that you would like us to look at/deal with during the walkabout, you can speak to us face to face, whilst maintaining social distancing. Alternatively, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue(s). This will help us develop a plan to address the issues and find solutions.
We’d love you to get involved and join us. We don’t want to be on our own!
