Improving
 People’s Lives

We offer homes but we think it goes deeper. Upon signing a tenancy agreement with Halton Housing a new customer has access to a variety of services and amenities that other landlords do not offer. We want to improve people’s lives and believe a good home is key to this.

Our Direction

Improving people's lives

Our employees range from maintenance technicians ensuring your homes are heated, welfare officers who can guide you through benefit changes, housing options who match homes to your needs as well as disruptors who research new technology we could use in your homes.

We employ over

330

talented people

Explore Our Office

In September 2017 we moved to our new, purpose built home, Waterfront Point, Widnes. This was the culmination of years of planning to bring our entire operation under one roof to a space that allowed us to be us.

Our Office & Culture

In many ways we have come so far from the early days of 2005 but in others the values have remained the same, transparent, open, honest, innovate and flexible. Whether it’s being the first housing association to handle complaints over Facebook or employee able to work from home to avoid traffic or drop children to school, Halton Housing is different.

Different because we want to be, to attract the best people to work with us and to deliver the best service for customers. Waterfront Point is significant in defining the type of organisation we are and strive to be, flexible, innovative and agile.
