Our employees range from maintenance technicians ensuring your homes are heated, welfare officers who can guide you through benefit changes, housing options who match homes to your needs as well as disruptors who research new technology we could use in your homes.
In September 2017 we moved to our new, purpose built home, Waterfront Point, Widnes. This was the culmination of years of planning to bring our entire operation under one roof to a space that allowed us to be us.
In many ways, we have come so far from the early days of 2005, but in others, the values have remained the same: transparent, open, honest, innovate and flexible. Whether it’s being the first housing association to handle complaints over Facebook, or employees being able to work from home to avoid traffic or drop children to school, Halton Housing is different.
Different because we want to be, to attract the best people to work with us and to deliver the best service for our customers. Waterfront Point is significant in defining the type of organisation we are and strive to be, flexible, innovative and agile.
