Customeyes

Over the last year we have been carrying out a service review which we have named Customeyes. The main aim of Customeyes is to help us view things through the eyes of our customers when we’re making key decisions.

We want all of our customers to feel listened to and valued, which is why we have been carrying out a service review which we have named Customeyes. Customeyes involves us asking customers what we do well and what we don’t do so well. We also want to provide our customers with an easy way to give us feedback, which Customeyes allows.

Over recent months we have been conducting a number of customer surveys and feedback sessions with our customers. Throughout these surveys, some of our customers identified key issues which mattered to them. We have listened to what our customers have said during these surveys and feedback sessions and made some changes.

That our reception area in Waterfront View, our head office was not very welcoming.

WE DID…

We've made some changes to our reception area as a result of your feedback. We now have a member of staff manning this area throughout the day from Monday to Friday.
