Staying independent in your own home is a priority for many of our older customers. With this in mind, we’ve created Elderly Care and Extra Care schemes to help over 55s stay independent.
Elderly Care & Support
The Extra Care team is committed to helping the older generation live independently in their own home, and eliminating the upheaval of moving into a supported scheme so our customers can continue to enjoy their home comforts. The services we offer include:
Support at home on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
On-site scheme staff to help with any queries or issues residents may have.
Access to the fantastic range of activities held at our schemes.

Our Customer App allows you to manage your Halton Housing tenancy 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can now pay your rent, raise a query, report a repair, report anti-social behaviour and do so much more via the Customer App, download it today!

Our self-service options are currently unavailable for use due to essential maintenance work being carried out on these systems. This work will affect our Halton Housing Customer Account service and our Customer App, you will not be able to use either of these services to raise repairs or queries until the works are completed. The works are due to be completed by 4pm on Monday 7th May.
