Types of Tenancy
Halton Housing customers can either be on a normal Assured Tenancy, an Assured Tenancy with a Preserved Right to Buy or a Starter Tenancy. You can find out more about each of these tenancy types, and which will apply to you by reading the Customer Handbook.

Our self-service options are currently unavailable for use due to essential maintenance work being carried out on these systems. This work will affect our Halton Housing Customer Account service and our Customer App, you will not be able to use either of these services to raise repairs or queries until the works are completed.
