On Monday 1st April, we’ll be kicking off our second telephone survey of a sample of our customers chosen at random. You, or someone in your household may receive a call. The company carrying out the surveys is called Voluntas. Voluntas are fully GDPR compliant, have been provided with the minimum amount of data to carry out the survey and have been contractually bound not to share customer data with a 3rd party or use the data for any other reason.
