Reinventing the ‘Annual Report’ by going live on our performance

In 2018, we launched our brand-new website. As part of our new website, we have reshaped how we report on our performance through a dedicated page with a live reporting dashboard which replaces the Annual Report that was previously produced.

Our digital approach has always been about using our customer’s money wisely and so by digitising the Annual Report & the way we share how we are performing we save time & cost in producing documents which quickly become outdated, letting us focus on what we are here to do – improving people’s lives.

The live reporting dashboard allows you to view a snapshot of our current performance (refreshed every 6 weeks) meaning you no longer need to wait until next year to see how we are doing.

What’s more, we’ve listened to customer feedback and stripped back the content, now showing more of the information that is important to you and less of the information that wasn’t being used.

We’ve also still got all our Value for Money and Financial statements, neatly displayed in our resources section and if there is anything else you’d like to see more of we’d love to hear from you.
